The weather is beginning to take a drastic change in D.C. and it’s starting to feel and look more like the streets of Seattle. With all this rain and cold weather, we know winter is just around the corner.  So, to prepare yourself for the weather, why not don a new pair of boots? There are many different types of boot and shoe stores that are all very accessible. Now to find a style that suits you. There are rain boots, snow boots, fashion boots and combat boots, just to name a few.

The majority of boots are made with a closely-stitched design using leather, rubber, canvas or similar materials making it easier to tackle the elements.  Some popular, fashionable boots for guys this season would definitely be the casual Clarks, red wings, duck head or L.L Bean rain boots. And if funds are low, Timberlands are still in style. For the ladies, this season, I suggest stepping out on the wild side and trying a pair of boots inspired by the punk rock era.
